My high point is that my cerclage came out today... and I AM DONE WITH BED REST!!! It's been a LONG 22 weeks.
In related news, THIS WILL BE MY LAST "HIGH POINT OF THE DAY" POST, since I am no longer a bed-rester. Would someone like to take over? This one is super easy and it's been a great way to keep me focused on the positive.
GTKY: We plan to get something for our MFM, her nurse and the nurses in both L&D and the postpartum wing. We have dealt with all of them extensively this pregnancy, since I've already had 3 L&D visits and one week-long postpartum stay. We grow our own cucumbers and pickle them so we'll bring a jar to our MFM and we have a navel orange tree so we'll bring in several bags to distribute to everybody. Beyond that, I'm not sure. I'm thinking maybe flowers or an edible arrangement on top of the oranges/pickles. We really, really are grateful for our doctor- we feel she is responsible for saving this pregnancy.
High point of Monday is I got some much needed rest!
GTKY: My husband and I already brought Nothing Bundt Cakes for the day and night nurses in the Antepartum unit. After we deliver we will likely get something for my OB and the nurses. Everyone seems to love the bundt cakes so maybe more of those
