  I voted SS because I haven't gone back to work yet.  Right now baby gets EBF on Mondays.  In two weeks when I go back to work, I plan to give a mixture of the 2-6 oz I pump on the weekend and frozen milk.

  I EP so he gets frozen milk at daycare and he'll get fresh milk at home tonight that I pumped at work today.

  He gets about 80% frozen mixed with 20% fresh on Mondays. I pump once a day over the weekend, so that's where the fresh comes from.

  Thanks ladies.  I had been freezing everything on Friday and using frozen on Monday (I just don't like pumping on the weekends unless I have to.), but for the past few weeks I have just been letting Friday sit in the fridge over the weekend.  I know milk is good for 3-8 days, but 3 is really as long as I am comfortable with.  Just curious what others were doing.

  I did what you are doing now b/c it was annoying to thaw, IMO.  I also especially wanted to her get fresh milk when she was sick, etc.  I ended up not rotating my stash very well.  Eh.  So sometimes she got frozen (the "extra" bottle that she rarely drank was always fresh though) and sometimes she got fresh.  Just depended on how lazy I was feeling.  :-)
