I don't remember the last time I wore Gap jeans, but if they are anything like Old Navy, then the size chart is unreliable. What are you experiences with Gap jeans (maternity or regular)?? They are having a 30% off sale online today, so I want to snatch a pair. (BTW, I have 39" hips if that helps)
THANKS!!

I have a pair of Gap Maternity jeans on right now, that my SIL gave me. They are size 4, and I LOVE them!
I am usually a Lucky jean wearer, and size 4/27 is my normal size. So I say pretty true to size, with maybe a little extra room on the GAP brand.
Anxiously awaiting baby #1! Baby BOY Due: May 30, 2013!
I wear regular Gap jeans all the time, and the sizing really is all over the place! (I have a theory that they have changed their sizes in the past few years to make you feel smaller- gasp!). Anyway, I vary between a 2-4 now, and I have an older pair that is a 6 that fits perfectly.
I ordered the always skinny maternity jeans with the demi panel in a size 4 about 2 weeks ago, and they swallowed me! The butt and thighs and even ankles of the pants weren't even touching my body. I returned them and ordered a 2, they should arrive Wednesday, so we'll see! (Watch them be ridiculously tight, sigh)
I would order a size smaller than you normally would - like other posters said, they stretch out a lot and I think they are a little more "generous" with their sizing for the hormonal pregnant ladies.
I normally wear a size 2 (I'm about 5'7", 130 pounds, 36" hips) in Gap pants but a zero fits me comfortably right now.
