s/o: Gross FF confession - MINE!

I don't it was THAT gross. The weird thing to me is the thought of him sucking the boob like a baby. But the milk part isn't that nasty to me at all.

My confession:

When I was BFing I tasted my breast milk. I mean I didn't put it on my cereal or have some BM and cookies, but I expressed some and tasted it off my finger. eh! I was curious. I was feeding it to DS and I drank it as a baby, so WT hay! It's sweet.

Confused

Oddly I have never and will never taste DS's formula. The smell alone grosses me out.

Not a ton, I couldn't even taste it really. I was just curious.

LMAO!!! I've also tasted it! I am willing to bet most people have although a lot probably would not admit to doing so. I told DH about that other post and his response, "I seriously just threw up!"

Agreed on formula. That stuff smells like a$$. I haven't given it to DS much just because I think it smells AWFUL!

I've tried it. ::shrugs:: My husband won't come near it. I have a mason jar full in the fridge right now and he won't even touch the jar. In fact I was so proud of yesterday morning's output I took a picture:

I tasted mine...back in the ol' start up to bf I had to use tubing to get her to eat and had to suck it up through the tube. Very uneventful. I figure it is like smashed peas...if I am not going to taste it why should she!

I try everything my DS takes, like BM, Zantac, teething tablets...I like knowing what he is tasting. Zantac was terrible, I could not blame him for being unhappy everytime he took it.?

Alimentum tastes like ass on a stick. However, DS has mint flavored Zantac which isn't too bad. You can actually request over flavors like cherry or bubblegum!
