Re: Naperville

  • I'm pretty sure Female Health Care has a Naperville office. I used them out of the Elk Grove office and I don't know how much the doctors work between the different offices, but I was satisfied with the care I received through them. :)

(I mostly worked with Dr. Szwedo and Dr. Moran)

  • I love most of the OB's in the Dupage Medical Group Naperville offices. Dr. Martin, Dr. Kagan and Dr. Frangella are my favorites from the group.

  • I am not pregnant yet (hopefully soon!) So I can't speak much about OB care. As far as my GYN appointments I do NOT recommend dupage medical group.  I have seen two doctors at the practice and they were horrible.  Never cared to look into why I wasn't ovulating and never really seemed concerned about it when I was.  I now see doctor bowles at Dupage Obstetrics and Gynecology, my friend just had a little one, and she say Dr. Macek who she LOVED! Check out reviews of doctors-but I would definatly stay away from dupage medical group.

  • I LOVE my OBGYN, Dr. Hussey with DuPage Gynecology and he works out of Central DuPage Hospital.  My Maternal Fetal MD's are Dr. Ianucci and Dr. Parilla - they have a few locations in Bloomingdale and Park Ridge.

    Good Luck!

  • I am 24 weeks pregnant with my first and have been going to DuPage Medical Group. My main doctor is Dr. Frangella, but I have seen Dr. Kagen and Dr. Webster. Overall, I have enjoyed Dr. Frangella and Dr. Kagen more than imagined. They were both very gentle, informative and intelligent. At this stage, I would highly recommend them!

  • Dr. Julie Jensen.  Just look her up, she is great and everyone in her office is great too!  I delivered at Edward.

    I second this.

  • Dr. Julie Jensen!! Love her and her staff!!
  • With my first born (2 years ago) I was with Dupage Medical Group Naperville and delivered at Edward (Dr. Frangella). I would not recommend them. They are very busy, it is hard to schedule, and it is a very impersonal experience.

This time I switched to Naperville Womans Health (located on the hospital's campus - they seem great so far. I am 15 weeks as of yesterday. Scheduling is simple, and everyone is sooo friendly. Ultrasound tech works in the office, which is very convenient. I will be delivering at Edward this time as well.

Yes!! I love her and her staff!! She's even been in the news a few times for smallest baby delivered and I believe she delivered quads as well.

  • I saw Dr. Bowles at DuPage Obstetrics and Gynecology (he delivered my son at CDH).  It's a nice practice, the only issue that I had was that the daytime scheduling woman was not very nice (rather old and snippy if you needed to schedule an appointment around work).  But the receptionist who also did scheduling if you were there after hours was super nice about scheduling everything.

One thing that I liked is that later in your pregnancy they have you rotate your appointments to see all of their doctors, so that when you deliver you'll have met the doctor who is stationed at the hospital (CDH) that day.  CDH is also pretty nice, and if your little ends up with any issues (my son was early and spent some time in their NICU), it's a really nice NICU.
