follow up to helmet babies

how often do you have to had LO wear the helmet? I have an appt to see pedi about this and I am curious about it. Thanks

    ideally, you take about 1-2 wks to work your way up to wearing the helmet 23 out of 24 hours/day.   The reasoning for this is that you don't know when the baby is going to hit the growth spurt, so you want the helmet on to capture the growth.

    We have the Doc Band, it took 2 days before we were at 23 hours, which is what they recommend.  My daughter got hers on October 1st and will graduate December 18th.  
    Natural m/c 12/24/09. IUI #1 BFN. IUI #2 Chemical. IUI #3 BFN. Diagnosis MFI. IVF #1 BFP. Adriana 4/11/12.

    We had approx 5 days of wearing on a graduated schedule until we were up to 23 hours a day.
