Growth spurt?????

So up until this past week, my twins would eat, be up for a short time, then pretty much sleep until the next feeding. This past week they are fighting/ missing naps and staying up. They are SO much fussier and they seem to want to be held to fall asleep in the day. I could do this with one baby, but I can't hold both and rock to sleep. Is this a growth spurt? Will naps come back?????? They are 1 month 3 weeks old. They still eat about every 3-3 1/2 hours all day and night. They have gone a couple times at night to 4 hours, but only a couple times. Is that normal too? Should they be going longer between feelings at this age yet? Just want to make sure I'm doing this right?!?!

Sounds pretty normal to me. At that age mine were eating every 2 hours.
