6 months, solids and growth spurt

LO started solids at 5 months, she gets about 2 oz, 2x a day. She nurses hourly during the day. Her nights are all over the place, from STTN to waking every 1-2h to nurse (not comfort suck) last night.
My question is, once the 6 months growth spurt comes, do you increase their solids too? I nurse before meals.

This. It's pretty obvious when DS is done, he stops opening his mouth for the spoon and just wants to play with it.
