Flat Red Spots?

This morning when my son woke up he had flat red spots on his face about 3 of them on the side of his face, completly flat about the size of say a marker dot..then I found about 3 more on his chest. Has anyone heard of this? Like I said, its not raised at all or rashy..he doesn't seem bothered by it and has been acting completly normal

I have not experienced something like that with my LO's before. I would call the pedi to be on the safe side though.

I'd just keep an eye on them to see what they do.

Thanks..yeah so weird, woke up this morning and they were gone. I read online that sometimes if they have a hard bowel movement or have been constipated and pushing, blood vessels can pop and cause little red marks like that- he had been constipated all day so I'm wondering if its from that..very strange!
