Night Terrors?

Ok so I have been researching online and need some advice. Here is the situation:


3 out of the past 7 nights my LO (3.5 mnths--previously STTN) has woken up EVERY SINGLE HOUR screaming. Screaming like someone is hurting him. ANd he never opens his eyes. We try holding him, feeding him, rocking him, patting him in the crib, nothing works. He usually screams for 5-20 minutes like that and then finally snaps out of it. He does this all night long. No fever, not teething, not hungry (we try feeding him), we gave him Tylenol just to be sure....Any thoughts? I read up on night terrors..but I thought you ladies may have some advice.

    No advice but DS will wake up from a nap crying like he's scared and had a bad dream.

    Hi Rach,

    We actually had this same issue last night but only once.  It seemed pretty clear to me that DD was having some sort of disturbing dream, and she wouldn't wake up.  I felt so badly for her.  The best I could do was hold her tight, talk to her and soothe her until she did wake up so that she knew her Mommy was right there.  I don't have any expert advice, but wanted to let you know that you're not the only one.  I'll be watching this thread to see if anyone has any good suggestions.
