I am just curious what everyone is getting their lo for Xmas? My lo will be a few months over 2 when Christmas rolls around and I am thinking of something like a leap pad or vetch learn and go but not really sure if this is to old for her. Anyone have experience? Thank you !

Re: Christmas?
We are avoiding electronic devices for as long as possible; I just don't think they are good for early development. Our LO will be just barely 2 also and we decided to go with a play kitchen and some new puzzles. When grandparents asked, we told them kitchen accessories, toddler puzzles and games, or part of a new bedding set we want to get for him.
my read shelf:
We have 1 leapster and 1 tag pen. We are not encouraging more electronic toys. We have a desktop, a laptop and kindle that they use occasionally too.
Our 7's big gift is a mountain bike, 5 yo's is the Cinderella carriage and doll and 2.5 yo's is the Little People Princess Castle complete with extra princesses.
DD: dollhouse, 3 sets of Disney PJs, and stocking stuffers (princess pens, stickers, etc.)
DS: 2 sets of Disney PJs
Lurking for the first time but I thought I would answer:
DD1 (2.5yrs): A bike with helmet, Percy from Thomas and Friends to add to her track, A doctor kit and her stocking will have a child's chapstick, hello kitty toothbrush and maybe a few other small things.
DD2 will be 2 months, so she is getting a few books.
Items on their lists for the grandparents are Little People, books, new sippy cups, puzzles, and craft supplies.
I have a whole list here
But to highlight - Minnie's bowtique, Brave, little people toys, portable dvd player
