Ev is absolutely refusing to eat. She has asked for her bottle, started to drink it and then stopped everytime today. She has only eaten 8 ounces total today(and 2 bites of cereal) where she normally would have had around 24 ounces plus solids... So let me ask, is it just teething or is worth a call to the doctor?

Re: refusing to eat
Most likely, the doctor would have you wait it out, with the exception of the following:
1. high fever/vomiting/possible ear ache
2. dehydration due to lack of nutrition
3. lethargy (sign of dehydration/lack of nutrition or other illness)
4. appears to be in lots of pain and been crying for a long time
I agree with PPs that it's probably either teething or an ear infection. If she's not eating tomorrow or seems fussy, I'd suggest you have her checked for an ear infection. People used to always say the telltale sign was kids pulling at their ears, but DD never did that with any of her ear infections.
