  She was eating th while, but stopped. Now she'll only eat them out of a pouch. Pedi said its no biggie as long as she takes a gummy vitamin.

  Rubes likes most veggies, but I've noticed she eats them better as a snack rather than at a meal with a lot of other options.

  I need to buy stock in steam bags lol. So handy. I just toss in the microwave and then dump in her snack dish to set on her kid table. It's amazing how many peas or whatever she'll eat on the walk by while playing.

  Otherwise, at meal time, she likes her veggies spiced a bit and cooked just until barely done. Anything mush she'll throw right back at me.

  veggie steam bags- smart idea! If that doesn't work then I guess I'll go back to doing a pouch of veggies a day plus vitamins.

  I buy mostly frozen veggies (unless I'm cooking a fresh one for dinner).  I try and give him one at lunch and dinner.  I just take a little out of the bag, put in a bowl and microwave until soft and voila!

  He also will get a pouch with a fruit/veg combo for a snack a couple days a week, or if he doesnt get a veggie at lunch.
