So the easiest way to explain what Im feeling is that my pelvis is expanding. Started with inner thigh pain and now feeling soreness in my crotch. Anyone else? Im a little nervous to be feeling this so early as a FTM.
Have you done any stretching or pilates or yoga or anything that could have exacerbated it? I always ask because we release a hormone called relaxin and you have to be careful not to stretch the inner thigh too much because of it. If not it might just be how your body reacts to it!
I have that all the time. It helps to "waddle" it out. Seriously. That's when I start walking weird. Lol. It's normal though. I had it with my first pregnancy too.
I work on my feet all day so could have just overdone it at work. Regardless, still feels weird and bruised. I'm petite and pre-preg around 114 so maybe it's just my small frame.
I'm so glad someone else has this. Mine started almost 4 weeks ago and I was going to ask my OB about it this week. It totally feels like a pulled muscle. It feels worse overnight and first thing in the morning. I wish I knew how to help it feel better.

Yes! Me too. I was going to ask my doctor next week. I want to also try prenatal yoga next week too. But it might not be your small frame. i'm over weight and feel it too.
