Adoption

Srsly, how long does it take...

... to get us a copy of Baby H's prescriptions? We cannot adopt her without knowing if we can afford her medication, but they are taking forever! It's been 2 weeks since we told the agency we wanted to move forward but cannot until we get her scripts. And, in the meantime, she waits. And I wait. I feel like I've been in suspended animation, just waiting to know if she's our daughter or not.

Sheesh. [endrant]

I hate when my life is on hold because of things out of my control. Hopefully they get it together soon, and even more so, that everything works out.

Having no control is the worst.  It can really raise my anxiety level.  Also, being told to be thankful for what you have, also sucks.  I know I have a great life, but that doesn't mean I'm not going through a lot.  I hope you get everything you need very soon and feel free to not be thankful for some things. :)

  • How is it that only us folks are impatient?  Geez you would think everyone would be anxious to get stuff done as quickly as possible.
