Super poopy

So for the past 2 days LO has pooped almost every single diaper that he has worn. I'm not talking small poops either. I wouldn't say that they are diarreah but there have been a couple of watery-ish ones. Anyone else having this problem?

I have been giving some pedia-lite since I noticed that he has only a couple pee diapers (normally every diaper has pee in it) in a few days. For the first time, he had a really bad diaper rash which is now healing thanks to Desitin with every diaper change. Any other remedies for the dehydration/pooping that you recommend? DH thinks I should have called the pedi but I don't think it's really worth a call yet.

    A few months ago, DS was having poopy diapers about 5 times a day, and they were somewhat watery as well.  I took him to the Pedi and he told me that he just though DS had a little stomach bug that he just needed to work through.  Just told me to keep with a diaper creme to help the rash and to just keep nursing him and offering him water for fluids.  He also told me to stop feeding him wheat, and dairy since with a stomach bug their little bodies can break down the wheat and dairy and can actually make the poo worse.  We also doubled up on his probiotics to help his gut get back on track.  I want to say after a couple weeks of cutting the wheat and dairy he was back to normal and has been fine ever since.  Have you introduced any new foods lately, do you think it could be linked or related to an intolerance or allergy?  I would consider at least calling the pedi on Monday and seeing if he has any suggestions or wants to check your LO out.
