Going to meet BM in person. Any advice? Things to discuss/not discuss, etc?

    Keep it light.  Ask things your child might want to know one day.  Favorite foods, colors, movies, TV shows, any special traditions they may have.  etc.  Have fun and keep us posted.

    We will be going 2 months before baby is born, does that seem a reasonable time? How long do you spend together?

    That seems fine.  Are you flying somewhere or just driving?  We had to fly so we spent about 3 hours together the first day and about 5 hours together the second day.  It was a long time and had its awkward moments, but we wanted the BP's and BGM to be comfortable with us.  We now speak about once every other week.  Mind you we met our BP's at week 13.  GL.

    Yes, we will be flying. We were thinking of spending a few hours together so she can get to know us as well as us getting to know her. Feel like i'm going on a blind date! LOL
