Bed sharing - how to get her into her own bed

My 2nd DD has shared our bed until now, and she's gotten so big that she is really needing her own space to sleep in- 

 

Eventually she will be sharing a room with my oldest DD but right now how do I get her into a toddler bed beside ours?

She has no problem in taking a nap there but bed time is a different story.  

Me- 29 DH- 37 DD1- 9 DD2- 23 months DD3 due 1/5/13 pregnancy due date

    Can you lay there with her until she falls asleep? When we transition DS into his own bed, I'll do what I do with him at bedtime now, only in his bed, and once he's asleep I'll move to ours.

    We won't be in a huge rush, so I'll expect to bring him into our bed at first when he wakes, and lengthen the time he is in his own bed slowly, until he is there all night. HTH!

    It's really always harder on the parent than the child. You getting good sleep is so important. The difficulty will only be a few days :
