Oh the GI issues...

It's so bad!! I've had diarrhea for three days now. Went to a walk in clinic today, and the doctor said it sounded like just a GI bug to him, so I guess that's good news if that's all it is. It does seem to be slowing down now, thankfully, and I'm starting to feel hungry again. Going to try some rice! Wish me luck!

PS Constipated diarrhea is possible... I asked. :p So bad!!

    I've had the worst GI issues for the past couple weeks! One minute it's diarrhea, the next I'm constipated. It doesn't seem to be related to anything specific that I'm eating, so I'm just trying to get through it and hoping my body figures it out soon!

    I hope we both feel better soon!

    I was going to post something about whether others have been experiencing weird bathroom tendencies. I've had diarrhea a few times as well, and it's just really annoying. I wasn't sure if would be related to pregnancy or not, so I didn't post anything. Sounds like it's possible though.

    I am with you on this one. The worst part is the constipation cramps. I hate those. Sorry TMI!

    Glad to hear I'm not alone! I have a friend who's just finishing her ob/gyn rotation albeit in India, and she tells me the diarrhea and the switch between that and constipation is totally normal. Just the hormones warring it out in your intenstines!

    Glad to hear its normal and yet not. Hopefully it doesn't carry on through the whole pregnancy. _
