Tummy Aches

Hi, I dont know if I am misreading my body, but it seems like every Tuesday I get a stomach ache at somepoint. Like the kind you get as a kid....painful. It starts like the kind of stomach pains you get when you havent eaten anything in awhile (though I have eaten) and then progresses. I always assume they are gas pains, but is it possible they could be contractions?? Hurts to stand up or bend down, so all i can do is lay there and usually after falling asleep i wake up and im better.

I just made the connection that these tummy aches happen on Tuesdays, haha i dont think that means anything, just an observation. Anyone else have anything like this?
