Just a little vent. Toddler is puking. Last time this happened, I got super sick as well. It is Thanksigiving soon and we are supposed to be spending 3 days in a hotel room. And I have an infant now.
None of this is okay.
And I feel a bit vomitous myself. Not sure if it is sympathy or the real deal already.
Not cool, man.
Kudos to DD, though, who slept through DS puking/crying in same room with her, and then him YELLING LIKE A BANSHEE in response to not being able to NOT vomit.
He is telling jokes and playing with trains mid-vomit, though, so I think he'll live at least.
Also? I'm tired.

He is better today. Annoyingly energetic, really. I'm exhausted and I know DH is too. I finally went to bed after 1am while H stayed up with DS. I think the puking was over with by 2 and they were asleep. Around the same time, Hazel finished her sound asleep phase of the night and moved into keeping me from being fully asleep ever ever again.
What I wouldn't give for DS to be the kind of sick that requires him to lay on the couch all cuddled up with me and watch movies all day.
