Babies: 9 - 12 Months

Favorite workout DVD?

What are you busy moms using to help drop the baby weight (or keep it off)? I haven't worked out in soooo long so I'm nervous that I won't be able to keep up with something that requires tons of endurance. Maybe something that starts out a little slower. Any recommendations? Thanks!

  • I like the yoga booty ballet stuff, it's fun but I quit right before the mantras and such... not into that.

  • i usually don't use videos/dvds. ?i walk on the beach or hike. ?but when i can't get out, i usually use the free workouts on demand. ?i can try out different ones until i find one i like and they have all kinds of stuff. ?i've tried yoga, belly dancing, cardio and strength training combos. ?there are also a bunch of short segments focusing on one area like your abs or buns. ?i get bored easily so i like to have variety. ?i really liked the belly dancing and it wasn't that intense.
  • i got a mom and baby yoga/pilates dvd. from what i've watched, i think i'll really like it! the stupid, lazy thing is I haven't actually used it yet! Embarrassed
  • the 30-day shred. it kicks your butt but it only takes 20 minutes so i can squeeze it in during a nap.?
  • I agree with the 30 Day Shred recommendation.  It's awesome.
  • totally agree with 30-Day Shred... it is GREAT. But it is HARD, even level1 and does not start out slower. The good news is it is only 20 minutes so easy to fit in and get out of the way - LOVE it.
