Haircuts poll non clicky

Has your LO had a haircut?

Do you have a long haired boy? If so, do you/ would you brush it and put spray in conditioner on it?

Re: Haircuts poll non clicky

  • No haircuts here yet. I'm savoring the golden baby curls. If he needed it I would, and I'd style it, too!

  • I think we have had 5? I cut it when it is brushing his eyes.  And the last 3 were not trims either, wish I could grow hair like that.

I did use detangler when he was little and would get tangles/knot from sleeping to help them comb out easier.

  • Has your LO had a haircut? Nope

Do you have a long haired boy? Yes :-)

If so, do you/ would you brush it and put spray in conditioner on it? We brush his hair but we don't put any hair products in it. I think his hair is beautiful and does not need it ;-)

  • DS hasn't had a traditional haircut, but he has had a part of his hair shaved for surgery. He doesn't have long hair, but he has a patch of hair that grows faster than the rest of his head. It either needs some kind of product to keep from getting nappy or to be trimmed. I haven't decided what to do just yet.

  • I was just thinking about making a haircut poll last night. :)

DD2 has yet to have her first hair cut, and I don't see that happening any time soon. I use shampoo and conditioner for her because her hair is so darn fine and gets tangled up so easily it's really hard to comb.

If I had a boy and his hair was the same as DD2, he'd have already gotten his first (and probably 2nd and 3rd) haircut by now.

  • Nope, no haircuts yet. DS still has some baldish spots here and there. It definitely hasn't come in all the way yet. It's getting there!
  • No hair cuts over here. His hair is nowhere near long enough to even think about it.
  • Nope, no haircut needed yet.  DD has had full hair coverage since she was born, but it's taking FOREVER to grow!  And only the back is growing and not the top.  She's approaching mullet status.  An adorable mullet, but still a mullet Stick out tongue

  • no hair cut for DD2 yet and i dont plan on it for a while. i didnt cut DD1's hair until she was over 2yo so i'll probably wait that long for DD2.

now if i had a boy i would be cutting it for sure! personally, im not a fan of guys with long hair.

  • He hasn't had a haircut, and we don't put anything in it except a little baby shampoo a few days a week.

  • No haircuts yet. It's at an awkward length right now, but I know if I cut it it'll be awkward again later.

If DD were a boy, she'd have gotten a couple haircuts by now.

  • No haircut yet.  His hair curls up in the back.  Once it starts touching his neck and people start calling him a girl I might cut it.  I have a feeling it's coming soon but I'm in denial.

  • DS is rocking a mini-mullet. He has no curls, so I think it looks pretty pathetic and scraggly. If I sweep the front hair to the side, it doesn't look so scraggly, but I never knew what to put on it to make it stay - spray conditioner? I might look into that.

I want to get him a haircut, but I think DH thinks it's fine.

So cute!! Ok, I'm also in denial. Jacks hair is looong. H and I don't want to cut it because it's adorable but he gets called a girl all the time. It gets ratty and nasty in the back and I started brushing it and putting on spray conditioner. H told me to go have a girl and leave his hair alone jokingly. But I think if we're letting it grow then we need to take care of it.

  • Nope and none planned anytime soon. DD's hair is growing in nice and evenly but her hair naturally parts on the left side so she constantly has wild bangs in her eyes. DRIVES the older ladies in our family NUTS, those are always making comments. But I am sorry I don't want to cut her bangs and then have to grow them out later, they are all going to have to suffer with DD having hair in her face for a few months. Get over it. lol
