"This Day in History: Twins perform first ever c-section from the inside out on own mother."
Okay, perhaps I'm being a tad dramatic but holy. crap. I think someone slipped these kids a shiv and they are trying to dig their way out the front of me.
Sometimes it's one, sometimes it's both but they seem to like to do this new thing where they push their whole little bodies so far OUT that my belly gets all oddly distended/malformed and really uncomfortable for about 5 minutes. It's not like contractions... kind of the opposite, actually. Anyone else have this? It's completely bizarro.
34 weeks... thank goodness it's a short work week!
Re: This Day in History...
Yup. This picture was taken around 32 weeks. They were already both head down and their butts were always pushing out. Sometimes it hurt SO badly. By this point A had moved into the locked and loaded position and pushed A around to the right so far that she was sticking out of my right side. It looked completely weird and it was really quite painful when they'd scrunch up and stick their butts out.
YES! This exactly. Okay, cool. At least I'm not a mutant. Thanks for the reassurance!
I am right there with you...the entire inside of the top of my belly is sore and bruised from the pushing!
We are getting SO close to the end - hang in there!
