Burping..

When did you stop burping LO?? DS fights me for every burp.. if I stop him halfway through his bottle he SCREAMS like I'm torturing him until I give him back the bottle.. and, if I try and burp him when he's finished, he'll scream more.. but if I don't burp him, he ALWAYS spits up.. sometimes several times.. not sure what's better.. spitting up mutliple times or screaming?

Just another day that ends in y... sighhh.

Loss #1: 18w5d.. D&E 04Mar03 BFP #2: Jun2011.. missed miscarriage. D&C 08Jul2011 8w4d. BFP #3: Nov2011.. Our Rainbow Baby!!! DS Born: 15Jul2012! BFP #4: Nov2012.. 2U1 - DS2 born 12Jul2013.  BFP #5: 01Jan2014..3U3!!

    This is M being burped at about 4 months. He was a spitter upper too so I had to burp him. I think at about 6 months, when he could sit on his own, is when we stopped.

    Good to know it's not just DS that's doing this!! It's super annoying, because half the time the screaming fits will go on for SO long.. (last night, he screamed for nearly an hour!!).

    We used to stop and burp DD when she had finished 1/2 her bottle but she would cry and throw a fit as well. Now I just wait till she is finished with her bottle and then we attempt a burp. She has never really spit up though, so I think I would rather burp them and let them throw a fit than spit up several times.
