Thanks for the link- that is interesting! I real read it in more depth, but what I did read was intriguing. I struggled getting Nora to drink WCM until I gave her organic. She has a taste preference for organic. I can't bring it to myself to try them for the taste difference. I am not a huge milk fan, especially if it is that heavy.

As a side note... I have a milk addiction when I am pregnant. I never drink it otherwise. I have been drinking Brooke's Organic WCM and really can say that it tastes better and is much richer. Which is probably why the babies like it.
So I think the idea is that you probably don't need to supplement, but if it's naturally existing, then it's good for you.
Like I said, my prenatals have DHA and I'm not stopping those. I think giving WCM with Omega 3 in it is probably fine. I might get then non-Omega-3-added version next time though.
i drink the omega 3 organic non-fat milk (Horizon Organic) and asked the pedi if it was okay to give DD the WCM omega 3 version. She said it was absolutely fine and did not hesitate to give me the green light on it.

Re: Omega 3 organic WCM?
I don't think it will do any harm. I just don't think it's been proven to anything. My prenatals have DHA.

I just put chocolate in mine.
Like anything... it COULD be bad for you. https://articles.nydailynews.com/2012-05-07/news/31614456_1_omega-3-supplements-fatty-acids

She is smart. Organic milk does taste way better
