Now that we have made the transition to WCM, I was wondering what the rules are for it? Like how long you can leave it out before dumping it? Can you warm it up and re-refrigerate if LO doesn't finish? Etc...?
I wouldn't leave it out long, ew... a gross, warm glass of milk sounds so nasty to me. I also wouldn't warm and re-refrigerate. We don't warm any of DS's bottles though, and we did this so that when we transitioned to milk he wouldn't have a problem taking it cold.
I fill a sip cup in the morning and whatever she doesn't drink i put back in the fridge for lunch. If she still doesn't finish that then I toss it. I used to warm up her milk when we first switched but never put it back in the fridge.
Like PP have said, don't re-refrigerate warmed up milk. If the milk still feels cold, then I would re-refrigerate any left over milk. But if it's been out for more than an hour, I would get new milk to serve for the next meal.
Your LO might take the milk cold if you start putting it in a sippy cup (or whatever other cup you'd like to use).

DS still isn't getting the hang of the sippy, but I guess we'll just keep trying that
