Pregnant after a Loss

Hey ladies. I spent the last hour sobbing... I'm a mess. I've had light spotting off and on, brownish (tmi!) and a great ultra sound last Thursday. Now today I was feeling pain this morning but went to the bathroom and chalked it up to gas, because I felt normal after. At work all day I felt fine. I came home and went to the bathroom and noticed lots of brownish pinkish (tmi!) spotting. I am completely freaking out. I keep trying to think spotting is normal, but with my miscarriage the pink brown stuff was the beginning of the end for me last time. I am hoping things are ok. I am going to call my office first thing tomorrow morning and pray I can get squeezed it for another ultra sound.
Im so sorry Im rambling but I am completely losing it right now. When I got that awesome ultra sound with a strong heartbeat Thursday I felt a tiny bit of anxiety leave and since I've felt more confident. Now I'm worse than ever.

Sorry to hear this...hoping you are able to get into your dr. first thing in the morning to find out what's going on...Sending lots of thoughts and prayers your way..
