I'm so excited to see that many people on this board are getting positive signs and BFPs! Truly happy for you all! I myself am entering the waiting period as I just had my IUI yesterday (CD14/DPO1)
I didn't go to work today. DW thinks work stress is contributing to all our difficulty. So I'm going to go for a walk on the beach, get a pedicure, and go to my acupuncture appointment.
What are some things you did during your 2ww to pass the time? I feel like December is so far away. Any tips you can offer?
Re: 2WW
We picked some to look forward to/do each day of our tww waits. These could be things like dinner in and a movie, date night, bowling, window shopping, book store for a new book then home with takeout to read, walking in a park, museums etc. One important thing we did this last cycle was we asked our family and friends not to ask us about it until we were ready to give the answer but at the earliest it would be 13 days from our IUI plus we didn't want to talk about it during this time.
This really helped me through our tww as I had something to look forward to each day. Plus it was an awesome two weeks spent on us when we knew in two weeks it could no longer be just about us.
I feel like it really saved my sanity. Oh and we made a rule no tests in the house until the day we had set to test. That way they weren't in my face and easier to forget.
Best of luck during your tww!!!

Funny you should ask! I started knitting again and finished these last night. I finished 2 hats last night and I'm going to start a blanket.
Other than that, I found this great list of movies on netflix instant play and so I'm watching some of those while doing things in the house: https://www.pastemagazine.com/blogs/lists/2012/05/the-50-best-movies-on-netflix-instant.html

I was the absolute worst obsessive so no bright advice from me I'm afraid. What I can say is that the one month where I was convinced it wouldn't work, and therefore wasn't really thinking about it, is the month that it did.
Acupuncture was a good way to relax for me too.
Oh, and all the VERY BEST OF LUCK!
I second the idea of having something to look forward to each day idea.
We focus on anything that reduces stress such as cuddling and watching movies at home, date night dinner out, visiting with friends, home projects (crafts, cleaning out closets, organizing cupboards, etc. especially things that have a clear sense of completion/accomplishment). I try to eat very thoughtfully, meditate/relaxation breathing, acupuncture at least once around 5-7dpo, and other self-care things. We don't share with our family/friends that we're ttc, so we don't get people asking questions to add to the stress. I keep tests in the house but put them in a bag, in a drawer, and don't test until 12-13pdo.
