I know, stupid question, but is it safe enough for BF? Obviously it is, but how much get passed into breast milk? I've been thinking I needed to go back on something, but always worry what LO is going to get...

It's all in your comfort level, honestly. As far as medications go though, Zoloft is presumed to be one of the safest for BFing. I'm taking it, as well as a low dose of Ativan once a day, and continuing to EBF. I feel like the stress and guilt of stopping nursing would be worse for my son than whatever very small amounts of the drugs he may be getting from my milk.
I was on it up until I returned to work also. It def. helps.nbsp;
I take it mostly because of work. Ugh. I like it though, it seems to work really well and doesn't have the same nasty side effects as my other old school antidepressant that I've been on for 17 figgin years!
