AW: I finally have an EDD! (plus a WWYD)

I had my first appointment to baby 2.0 -- and according to the dating u/s I'm 9w6d with an EDD of June 18! Yay!

Now.. here's a dilemma I'm facing and would love your advice!

DH's brother's girlfriend called me last week because they are getting engaged this week and set a date for their wedding. (No one in the family knows, including DH. Girlfriend and I are close and she couldn't hold it in!) I will be a bridesmaid in the wedding... and we actually picked out her wedding dress and the bm dresses this weekend. They'll be announcing to the family on Thanksgiving.

We aren't announcing our pregnancy until Christmas (but I'm so tempted to tell future SIL!) I almost told DH today at our appointment about the engagement... because they are getting married 3 days before our EDD! Yikes!

Would you tell your DH about the engagement? I don't want to ruin the surprise and really it's only a few days until Thanksgiving.

Also -- would you tell soon-to-be SIL about pregnancy before Christmas so she can plan accordingly?

I would not tell DH, and I would definitely pull your SIL outside or something on Thanksgiving and let her know.
