Abdomen pain ?

I know we have several ladies on here who are or pretty close to being Doctors and some ladies with losses, plus I trust y'all more than any other board. Any advice or tips is appreciated.

As my siggy says I had a blighted ovum 10/31 and D&C 11/1, I had some cramping and bleeding for a little while after D&C but nothing sense. Starting Fri I had some pretty bad cramping on my lower left abdomen, I thought I was starting my period. I took some midol and by that afternoon I felt ok. I never started my period. Yesterday the cramping came back a little and today it's pretty painful and consistent. I have no other symptoms at all, I keep thinking it's just gas and not related to the miscarriage but I can't stop my mind from thinking about it. Not sure if I should call my OB or just wait it out. TIA.

IVF #1 with ICSI Graydon Dane born Oct. 23, 2011 via c-section at 38 weeks.
Surprise BFP 10/9/12. Blighted ovum at 8wks. D&C 11/1/12.

    I had pain and cramping after my d&c for a few weeks but I also bled a lot and I was in second tri so I know my uterus had to shrink back down. I'm not sure how that works in an earlier loss.

    I had a natural mc.  But I had cramping off and on for 2 or 3 weeks afterwards.  If you are worried I think I would just call the doctor for reassurance.  I am so sorry that you are going through this, no one should have to ((hugs)).
