Ow boob!

Last night when I was pumping one boob hurt really bad...then it continued to do so allll night.  Even when Raylan was sleeping I wasn't because it hurt so bad.  It's worse when I'm pumping, and even now it's just achey.  I worked out for the first time and I think my sports bra wasn't fitted enough...could that be it or is this the beginning of something worse like mastitis?

    Do you have a lump? Could be a clogged duct. Try warm compress/heating pad and massage if it is a lump. Take some antiinflammatory meds too. Feel better soon, it's awful when the boobies hurt!

    No lumps that stay after I pump...I think it must have been the workout because its slowly improving...guess I need to try the two bra thing next time!

    I had the exact same thing last week. It would hurt when I BF And then last for a couple hours, but just on my right side. My LC said it could be my letdown and I was just feeling it for a while, especially since M was going through a growth spurt, my body was reacting to a greater amount. I noticed that that boob does actually give me a lot more too. She told me unless I had a fever or a lump not to worry.
