  Check out Pinterest!! You could always give them a picture from an ultrasound and put a tag on a bow around it saying "do not open until July 2013".

  Someone here mentioned taking a family photo and saying, "Okay, everyone say: ________ is pregnant!"

   

  We bought a Thanksgiving card that we're going to sign "Professor, Mr. Professor, and Baby Professor" with a picture of the u/s.  Although my mom apparently fell off her horse and dislocated her elbow, so now it might be a "get well soon" card.

  DH and I just got married in August, so our plan is that we are going to give each of our parents a framed portrait from the wedding for their house- except that the picture is instead going to be of our u/s.  (Then we will actually give them a pic from the wedding)
