I use whatever type of detergent I use on DH and I's clothes, currently some kind of Purex. Stain remover is almost always Biz or Oxyclean, I have a constant bucket of it for soaking her stained items in (usually food related now days).
Detergent is either Tide free and clear or All free and clear. For stain remover, I normally use Dreft but can't find it anywhere. Depending on the type of stain, I either use Shout or blue Dawn dish detergent.
I've started making my own detergent and stain remover off of recipes from pinterest. They both work great, and the detergent has a nice fresh smell too. It's cheaper, and I have the time to since I SAH.

In the beginning we used free and clear. However Jackson doesn't have any issues with skin allergies so we just use whatever we have...so that means whatever is on sale and if I have a coupon lol As for stain remover, I love shout
I'm still using Dreft, because I like the way it smells. And I use Oxy Baby for stain remover. I love the Oxy, and it's not supposed to 'bleach', but just beware that it has bleached a few things on me. Almost cried because of one thing that it bleached, but I just sucked it up and had to say oh well. My mom always says I don't know how you're going to get 'that' clean. I have no problems...just a little Oxy and it's all good.
If we do laundry at my MFM's or MIL's house (so, 95% of the time), Dreft or some other baby detergent. If we do it here (rare because its $5/load) we use Tide and do all of the clothes together. We use some sort of spray Stain remover, I think it's Tide. Definitely not one for babies.
