The family that was going to buy our house is backwards on their current loan. Therefore, they aren't able to buy again.

Maybe the third buyer will be the charm?

    Oh no, sorry to hear the bad news :(   Buying and selling houses is such a pain!  Even just thinking about moving (which wouldn't be for a few years at least) is overwhelming.

    I don't know why they were looking. Our realtor, who is also theirs, says the husband is super cocky. Maybe he couldn't admit that they aren't able to buy again. And they have to sell because of money.

    I wish more people were like our realter. he straight up told us, "I don't accept clients without a pre-approval letter in hand. Saves a lot of heartache on everyone's part."

    I don't think it's normal here to have a preapproval letter before looking to buy. But, I could totally be wrong.

    We already switched realtors once, I think we may be on the hunt once again.
