I was wondering if you've had success (whatever you'd define as success...) using a belt and which one you liked? I was thinking to try one for back pain and belly support but thought it might put even more pressure on my bladder?
Thanks!

I got the BRU maternity support "belt". I could not function without this contraption at this point, it literally holds my belly up, allows me to not try to use ab muscles to support my belly and back and helps to cut back on braxton hicks. It sits mostly under my belly so it doesn't interfere with my bladder space. When I sit down with it, I just loosen/unvelcro it. This thing works like a charm and is a necessity for me.
I didn't get one, but had an amazing experience with chiropractic care for back pain. Think about finding someone who does pregnancy chiropractic if your insurance covers it...
