low grade fever but no other symptoms

in Toddlers: 24 Months+
ds has had a fever for going on atleast 3 days now.  Acting totally fine and says nothing is bothering him.  Besides not eating much and acting a little tired I have no idea what is wrong.  Any ideas or anyone been through this recently???

    what about his urine? does it smell off? it's possible that he could have a uti or just a simple bug. If you're worried, take him in to get checked (you want to look for straches which his body could be fighting an infection.)

    that's how my LO was when teething and also when she got Hand Food and Mouth after the fever, watch out for a rash
