Anyone else confused about their "due dates"

Hello ladies,

I had an IUI done Oct 3rd and had a positive beta two weeks after. If you go by my LMP my due date is June 23, 2013. If you go by my IUI date and some other numbers my due date in June 28, 2013. If you go by my current ultrasound measurements my due date in June 30, 2013. I have a feeling I will fall between the last week of June and first week of July. Monday we have beta#6 and u/s. I made my first OB appointment November 28 as recommended by my nurse two weeks ago. I really hope LO is growing strong and healthy after my whole work ordeal last week.

When did you get your definitive due date? Did you wait for you OB's estimated delivery date or go by measurements taken with RE?

My RE's nurse at first told me 5/11/13 using some wheel thing she had (not sure what it went by), but when I saw the gestational age on my u/s (at the RE's office) it put me at 5/13/13, so that's what I've been using and that seems to be what my OB's office is going by. I wish I could tell you how they got that date, but I never asked I'm guessing the measurement from the first u/s?

Initially I used an online calculator, then I used the RE's measurement. Now I have the OB's date. Its only changed up a few days,

Your RE should have accurate info, based on your monitoring, which would show when you ovulated, giving you your edd. That combined with your firstu/s.

We got my definitive due date from the RE using the day that I ovulated. From what I understand this is a more accurate measure than LMP and LMP is mostly used because typically women don't know exactly when they ovulate. My OB used the date that my RE provided.

Thanks ladies! I'm so excited and nervous about my appointment with my RE tomorrow. I'm hoping I graduate tomorrow. Fx for good blood levels and measuring.

My RE told me 7/5/12, my OB had originally gone by my LMP and said 7/10/12. However I convinced her to leave 7/5 down because I knew the conception date and my ovulation date was earlier. But, my baby girl was born 39w1d on 6/29/12.
