Car seat luggage strap

Has anyone used a car seat luggage strap like this one?

I am headed to New Orleans the week after Turkey Day, just myself and E. I had a realization that I only have two hands so how am I going to push E in the stroller, pull the suitcase, and carry the carseat?  She is going as a lap rider. So really, I will only be using it from the baggage claim to the shuttle, and then from the lobby of the hotel to the room, and she will not be in it while it is strapped on the suitcase.  I thought this might be the answer.

    Just a lurker, but I've used one! My 3 year old actually rode in the seat while it was attached to our bag! It was a great investment! We have used it several times!

    We don't have the strap, but our carseat bag has backpack straps. And we check the stroller curbside. So if it were me, I'd wear LBB on my front, carseat on my back, and pull the luggage. That leaves me a free hand for ticket/id, coffee, water, whatever and I don't have to worry about taking a kid in/out of a stroller at security and folding it up while my kid tries to escape.
