DH and I moved in with his mom almost 2 years ago and since then we've run into money problems left and right, the plan was to move in and save money. So here we are almost 2 years later and I'm just about ready to loose it. Besides the fact this woman doesn't clean, at all, ever, and her house is completely cluttered, but i am getting so sick of fighting her for the attention of my son. I am tired of her opinions. I am tired of her interrupting our family time and thinking she's supposed to be included. I know this is whiney but I just needed to whine a bit.

Ah I'm sorry things aren't going great =(. DS and I moved in with my parents for 5 months while DH was deployed. When DH came home we started the process of buying a house but it took about 4.5 months before we were actually moved in. I thought DH was going to kill my parents! They gave us our space, but my mom was always around DS and he said he constantly found himself fighting for DS's attention. I know its tough, but what we kept reminding ourselves was that if we didn't live there where would we be. Good luck, hopes things start to get easier!
