Pregnancy calendar issues?

Wondering if this is a known issue or if something wonky is going on with me. When I click on My Pregnancy Calendar up top in the "tools" section it says that today is the first day of week 5 and LO is the size of an apple seed. My ticker & the green box w/ the check list on the main page says I'm 4 weeks, 1 day/poppy seed. Any ideas/thoughts?
BFP # 1 11/2011, MC 12/2011 
BFP #2 11/2012, Delivered at 21 weeks on 3/16/13 due to complications with bilateral renal agenesis.

    I have the same thing with 6 versus 7 weeks. Honestly, the best site I've found for "how far along am I" is www.pregnology.com. VERY thorough.
