Christmas vs birthday toy.

I've decided I want to get ds the stride to ride puppy and the fisher price laugh and learn home. I just can't decided which one to give him first on Christmas. I realize its less than two months in between, but I can't decide. Wwyd?

Re: Christmas vs birthday toy.

  • I say laugh and learn house for Christmas and Puppy for birthday. I scored a house for DS via consignment and he looooves it! Plus LO may be a little more graceful to maneuver with the Puppy at a year vs 10/11 months. I know it's not a huge time difference but it doesn't take much time for these babies to make strides!

  • The girls use the stride and ride puppy at my mom's house (it's my nephew's) and they love it. The only bad part is that they're a little short for it (they were 27" at their 9 month appt) so we have to put them on and take them off. I would get that for Christmas because if he's walking by 1 he might not get as much use out of it.

  • The house for Christmas ( we have one and she loves it now) and save the puppy for the birthday.

  • House for Christmas / Puppy for birthday.  I think the Laugh & Learn toys are just a wee bit "younger" than the ride-on toys.
