I have the Britax Boulevard 70 CS for my DD currently. She is forward facing. DS is 3 mos old, but I will move him to a convertible seat around 7 or 8 mos old. I bought my DD a Graco Nautilus, but then started to wonder if it's as "safe" as the Boulevard. I can always buy another Boulevard for DS and leave DD in her current one. Thoughts?
Why wouldn't it be? Graco Nautilus gets great reviews and all car seats are crash tested for safety. If a Britax eases your mind, just get another one.

This. We just put DD1 in a Nautilus a few weeks ago. So far I think it's a great seat.

As far as we know, all carseats are equally safe. They are pass/fail tested. Only passed seats end up on the market.
The Nautilus is a combo booster, so it will last much longer than the convertible Britax. When you littles outgrow the Britax they will still need booster seats.

We got a Graco Nautilus recently and when I went to have it inspected at the local hospital to make sure we had it installed correctly, the technician told me she highly recommends that car seat.
