Carters Return ??

I have an outfit that I am not sure where its from, no gift receipt, that I would love to return. It is a Carters outfit, what do you suggest the best place to return it to? BRU, Kohls, Carters store??

    I was just in Buy Buy Baby and saw a whole Carter's section in there as well.  I am in the same boat and have no idea where to even begin.

    Carters has an excellent return policy in that they'll take back pretty much anything regardless of whether you have a receipt, but if the item is currently on sale you'll get the sale price back as store credit.  So if you decide to go that route, do it sooner rather than later to maximize your chances of getting a full refund.

    I returned a few Carters outfits w/o a receipt to BRU and Kohls. Child of Mine by Carters is sold at Walmart. I tried to return an outfit with that on it at BRU and they told me it's from Walmart.

    Try Googling the UPC code like "upc 123xxxx". We did that with a lot of clothing for DD we got. Even though it'scarters sometimes the upc is unique to a certain store

     

    Thanks - this helped looking up the UPC. I found it at BRU.

    i just returned a giant pile of clothing to carter's (i think i got at least one of everything from the store at my shower!). they went through all of the tags and told me that anything that has a sticker on the actual carter's tag that says "SKN" or "SKU" followed by some numbers is from BRU. carter's doesn't put anything extra on their tags.

    So glad I read this, I have been wondering this for 2 weeks!  If I go to a carter's outlet store will they return the item regaurdless of where it was purchased or do you have to bring it back to the original place of purchase?

    If it is the regular Carter's tag you can just take this sticker off beforehand and theprinted sku will work. Anything that is child of mine or just one you are not sold at the Carter's store. They r both sold at target, but Walmart sells child of mine as well. Good luck :)

    I went online and looked it up based on the extra info on the tag. I can't remember some of them but one said Just For One (Carters) and it was sold at Target.

    Target took everything back and gave me an in store credit which shocked me considering that I have heard awful things about their return policies.
