When you posted about having to work this weekend, I was all like

Then I saw your post this morning that said your boss called and told you not to come in this weekend and I was all like Thank You Birthday Fairy!

    I had a pretty ridiculous thing happen to me today, actually - husband got me a gorgeous vanity table for my bday gift and he stayed home to put it together while I took Buddy to his swimming lesson. Every other time so far, we have both gone. Afterwards, usually the dry person changes him into dry clothes while the person who went swimming changes into their clothes, but it was just me so of course Buddy was fighting me and wouldn't sit still. I couldn't let him go and I couldn't get my pant on with one hand so I ended up walking across the street and two parking lots in my bathing suit with no pants on. I tried to act natural but I felt this silly.

    So...I didn't see this thread and I created my own party...now I feel like it looks like I thought I was too good for this one.
