  It depends on where it is. On his behind, I use Butt Paste. If I don't paste him up, his butt gets really red.

  Since he became a belly sleeper, he started getting little red bumps on his lower abdomen right where his diaper hits along his hips/the crease under his belly, so there I layer some Arbonne Baby diaper cream, but only before bedtime. Arbonne is expensive (you have to get it through a sales rep, like Avon), but I love how it works on LO's sensitive skin.

  We dont use wipes, we use a wash clothe  and his aveeno bath wash and he has never had diaper rash.  We just bought those huge multi packs of wash clothes that walmart sell and rinse them out in the sink before throwing them in the laundry. If he is a hot mess he goes in the bath

  It's his butt. He has never had a rash before. I went out and bought the butt paste; but I feel so bad for him, every diaper change is horrible!

  He has diarreah, went 5 times today, I think it's from teething, but he has never had a rash before. I dread having to change him again. I hope the butt paste stuff makes this go away fast.

   Maybe I should try wet wash cloth next time because the wipes bothering him =(

  Our daughter also had diarrhea recently. We use the Burt's Bees Diaper cream. Also, the nurse at our doctor's office recommended putting 1/2 a cup of vinegar in her bath. Both of these seemed to help stave off the rash. Also, in case it's helpful, the nurse also recommended we stick with bland foods like apple sauce and cereal until she returned to normal.
