Hi all,
I'm a FTM due in April, and I have been looking for a (relatively affordable) crib that I like. I came across the Graco Lauren crib today . I really like the design, and the price is right (available at Walmart and Target). I don't think we will be using the convertible feature of the crib, because we plan to have at least 1-2 more kids, who would use the same crib.
Does anyone have experience with this crib, good or bad? We have lots of time to keep looking, so please tell me if I should look for something else.

Re: Graco Lauren crib
I don't have any complaints. The crib gets good reviews from Baby Bargains and Lucy's List. if you were looking at the white crib it's more of a cream so you're warned. I found it matches really well with the Ikea Hemnes dresser.
I am pretty sure that's the one we have, in white. I haven't had any problems with it. There are a few minor scratches where DS chewed on the rails, but I put on a cloth teething guard soon after I discovered him doing so. It is also easy to change the height of the mattress and DS, despite being a prolific climber, never escaped from it.
We didn't convert it to a toddler bed either since I am going to use it for #2.
Have it. Love it. Loved it so much we bought a second one for DD2.
I disagree with PP about it being cream. It's bright white and matches all of our bright white furniture. I have pics of it in my blog here: https://hellocbl.blogspot.com/2012/03/pink-and-blue.html
re: white vs cream
Ours from BRU from 2 years ago is white. When I was looking for it this time, the one at Target is white but the color of the one at BRU is now called french vanilla or something and it is cream.
Ah, yes. BRU has their own "Graco Lauren Signature". It is actually slightly different. If you look at the back of it, there is a thick portion in the middle versus the Lauren everyone else sells where the slats are the same all the way around.
We bought both of our cribs from Walmart.

It's annoying! I almost ordered it from BRU and then read some of the reviews. Otherwise I would have assumed it was the same (stupidly).
Do you know if the graco lauren crib sits high enough off the ground that i could put nursery storage bins underneath? small nursery need storage every where.
No, there's not enough space underneath the crib - maybe 7" or so.

We have one of those Sterilite under bed storage bins under our each crib.
