Prenatal Yoga DVD?

Can anyone recommend a good prenatal yoga DVD? There aren't many places in my area that offer prenatal yoga classes and the ones that do seem to think there are no working moms who would like to take a class, lol. I can't go to yoga at 10:30 on a Wednesday unfortunately.

I'd love to get some more activity in during the remainder of my pregnancy. :-)

  • Do you have cable tv? I found out the other day by accident that Time Warner's on demand has a few prenatal yoga and work out exercises.

  • I was wondering this too.

  • My precise reason for visiting this board! I think that I'm going to check out Target and other similar stores this weekend. If nothing else, I suppose I'll be ordering online! I just checked out amazon.com and it seems there are quite a few listed.

  • I really like Shiva Rea's prenatal yoga dvd. I'm actually about to pop it in after I take a nice walk!

  • Not sure if u are interested in buying online or not, but I'm an independent coach through Beachbody, the makers of P90X and Insanity. They offer a prenatal yoga program that I myself was interested in purchasing. It's called Yoga Booty Ballet Baby on the way and it's $20. If interested, u can sign up for a free account and order it through me. Just visit www.teambeachbody.com/mdwstangel to sign up and once signed up click on the "shop" tab, then search by fitness programs and it's under the Yoga Booty Ballet section. Wish I knew other programs. One of my friend's did one and I don't remember what it is, nor do I want to ask her at this time as I'm still early in my first tri and we're not wanting friends/fam to know yet. Other option is to check the bump website, think I saw something searching through here on top recommended workout programs to do at home. Hope that helps u.

I have this one too. I haven't actually used it yet, but I love Shiva Rea's regular yoga workouts (had the pleasure of taking a class with her in person once & it was awesome) so she gets a big thumbs up.
