Toddlers: 24 Months+

Potty training

DD is almost 2.5, I decided to just take the plunge and send her to daycare in undies today she does in home. She does really well for days at a time, then stops telling us even when we check in with her, so I fell like its time. Fingers crossed. She peed right before we left the house and made the 30 min drive no problem. Anyone else go cold turkey on diapers?

Re: Potty training

  • We did it about 2 months ago.  She still gets a pull-up at night but that's it.

  • We did a few months ago. I was prepared to need the diapers for car rides, and at night. But he proved me wrong and I have like a whole half package of the 140 count diapers that are not being used. lol. My main thing is that if we are going anywhere, or he is going to go to sleep, I try to get him to go potty before. He has an incredible bladder. Can hold it for hours, and will tell you he has to go when he does, and will go just fine. We ask him if he has to go through the day just to be sure.
